CUSTOM ART, BUILT AROUND YOUR IDEA

Bitter Buffalo Art creates custom layered artwork inspired by Colorado landscapes, wildlife, sacred geometry, personal stories, and the materials that bring each design to life.

Concept examples—final design, materials, dimensions, price, and production schedule are confirmed during the commission process.

CUSTOM PROJECT PROCESS

  1. 1. Submit a project request Share the idea, intended use, references, and any constraints through Start a Custom Project on the Contact page. A submission is a request for review, not an order and not a purchase.
  2. 2. Review concept and intended use Each request is reviewed individually. Not every photograph, logo, or idea is suitable for laser-cut layers, engraving, illumination, photography, or cloth work.
  3. 3. Confirm design direction Design direction is confirmed before production artwork is prepared. Revision boundaries are set for that project; unlimited redesign is not implied.
  4. 4. Confirm materials and dimensions Materials, size, and construction details are confirmed for that project. Final materials are not assumed from concept images.
  5. 5. Approve price and deposit Price is quoted for that project. A deposit is confirmed before work begins. This page does not collect payment, invent a deposit percentage, or create a product listing.
  6. 6. Prototype or prepare production artwork Depending on the commission, a prototype, proof, or production artwork is prepared after the deposit is confirmed.
  7. 7. Owner/customer approval Work continues after owner or customer approval of the agreed direction. Additional changes after approval may require a revised quote and schedule.
  8. 8. Production and finishing Production and finishing happen in the Breckenridge studio after approval. Timelines are estimates only and are confirmed per project. A needed-by date is not a guaranteed deadline unless it is written into the approved project terms.
  9. 9. Final payment and delivery Final payment and delivery are arranged after the approved work is finished. Final materials, price, schedule, and delivery are confirmed per project.

This page does not create a product listing or complete a purchase. A submission is a request for review and quote.
