Every submitted photograph requires individual review. Bitter Buffalo Art does not claim that every photograph can be engraved successfully. Do not send a needed-by date as a guaranteed deadline.

A before-and-after comparison will be added when an approved original-photo and finished-engraving pair is available. No generated preview is shown.

Secure photo upload is being finalized. The official Shopify Forms app is not available through the current store authorization, so this preview does not accept photograph files. Do not email public file links in place of a secure upload, and do not post customer photographs to public Shopify Files.

When secure upload is enabled, a clear, original-resolution photograph with good lighting and visible subject detail works best. Accepted types and a 20 MB maximum per field will follow Shopify Forms. Filenames and file URLs will not be shown publicly.
